Although we were unfortunately unsuccessful in securing the property, Lorraine kept us informed, communicated honestly and handled everything with great professionalism and courtesy.

I had the pleasure of working with TeamLorraine as a buyer, and I have no complaints :) The entire purchase process went smoothly.

At the initial viewing I was provided all the information I needed, and more. TeamLorraine is a local staple, so the agent was very knowledgeable about the Celbridge area, and even about the very property I was buying due to having conducted its previous sale some years back. During all the formalities the team were always easy to reach both via phone and email, responding quickly to myself and my solicitors. Then, in the weeks leading up to the sale, they'd call me weekly to check in on the progress and see if there are any problems arising - a perk for both buyers and sellers, I'm sure.

We all know the current housing and rental situation in Dublin (and the surrounding areas), so it was refreshing to deal with an agent like Vikki who actually treated you like a human being rather than simply another reply to an ad.

Although we were ultimately unsuccessful in securing a lease for the advertised property, Vikki was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process — from our initial contact and viewing through to the post-viewing follow-up.
